Sunset Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Bath🧘🌊🎶

The United Nations Beach Club & Port is partnering again with Naya Yoga to host monthly Sunset Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Bath 🧘🌊🎶

Thursdays (once per month) | 18:30 - 20:00 

Join us once a month for a 90-minute immersive wellness experience. We will begin with a yoga class, followed by a dynamic breathwork journey, and a relaxing sound bath where participants will lay down and be immersed in meditative sounds and vibrations by singing bowls, wind instruments, gongs, hardpans, and other instruments.

• Cost: CHF 30 (+ CHF 5 entry fee to the UN Beach Club if not a seasonal subscriber)

• Location: UN Beach Rooftop, Rue de Lausanne 214-216, Geneva

• The classes are suitable for practitioners of all levels.
