The United Nations Beach Club & Port is partnering again with Naya Yoga to host Monthly wellness session🧘🧘‍♂️ at the UN Beach's Solarium.

Classes will be held:

• Monthly, 18:30 - 20:00

• Cost: CHF 35 (+ CHF 5 entry fee to the UN Beach Club if not a seasonal subscriber)

• Location: UN Beach Rooftop, Rue de Lausanne 214-216, Geneva

  
  

  Once per month, a 90-minute immersive wellness session will be offered. The experience begins with a vinyasa yoga class to help participants release tension, support their strength and flexibility and overall wellbeing. This is followed by a guided breathwork journey, where participants explore evidence-based breathing techniques to support their mental and physical wellbeing. The session concludes with a restorative sound bath. Participants rest in a comfortable position while being immersed in meditative sounds and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, handpans, and wind instruments, supporting deep relaxation and recovery.
